Our Process
We first schedule a consultation to discuss the style of your wedding or event. We will discuss your vision, design ideas and have a cake tasting. We love collaborating with our clients to create custom cakes and dessert tables. We find it very helpful if you bring in inspiration pictures, invitations, color swatches, etc.
Appointment Days & Times
Cake consultations are scheduled Tuesday - Thursday from 10am-2pm. We set aside one hour to meet with the engaged couple to discuss wedding cake needs. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

To schedule your consultation, please complete the online contact form, call the bakery at (225)293-8115. or email us at info@lesamisbakeshoppe.com. Consultation tasting appointments are $25 and once booked with us, this rolls into your deposit.
Consultation Cancellations
We ask that you please call at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Pricing
Our wedding cakes are priced based on the number of servings and the complexity of the design, and we will suggest an appropriate size from your estimated guest count. All prices and sizes will be discussed at the consultation. You will not need cake for the entirety of your guests; we generally recommend 2/3 - 3/4 of the expected guest count for the number of cake servings. Delivery, setups and rentals may have additional fees.
We can also provide dessert bars including cheesecakes, French macarons, cupcakes, cake balls, etc.
