Les Amis Bake Shoppe is a full service specialty bakery and specialty coffee shop owned by Stephanie Bueche Hansen. Stephanie graduated from Redemptorist High School and LSU. Deciding to pursue her passion in baking, she opened the doors of Les Amis Bake Shoppe in August, 2013, hand-crafting baked goods and desserts for retail and commercial sales.
